Terms and Conditions for Use of the bcaa4 Platform

1. Introduction and Scope of Agreement

Welcome to the bcaa4 platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bcaa4 website, including all services, features and content provided through it. bcaa4 operates under an international licence and provides online betting services, including online slots, sports betting, live casino, Dragon Tiger and various other games.

These Terms apply to all users of the bcaa4 platform, including visitors, registered players and any party accessing our content. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

Minimum limits: The minimum deposit and withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. There are no different limits by payment method.

Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is submitted and verified. The actual time depends on the chosen payment provider.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless there is a technical reason preventing this. bcaa4 reserves the right to request additional document verification before processing any withdrawal for fraud prevention and licensing compliance purposes.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

bcaa4 offers various promotions for new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to specific conditions as stated in each promotion. The following general provisions apply to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 120% up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 20 = RM2,400
• Deposit RM2,600 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM4,100 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000

bcaa4 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if there is evidence of promotion system abuse, fraud or violation of these Terms. A player is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.

The bcaa4 VIP Programme offers weekly cashback to active players across four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%) and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Progression between tiers depends on the player's activity level and participation over time.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Players are prohibited from doing the following while using the bcaa4 platform:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automation software, bots or third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Manipulating or abusing the bonus system, including hedging or arbitrage betting designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Uploading or transmitting false, misleading or unlawful content.
• Taking any action that could compromise the security, integrity or operation of the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.

Violation of any of the above provisions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and appropriate legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The bcaa4 platform is provided "as is" without any implied or express warranties. bcaa4 works to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely, but cannot guarantee the platform will be entirely free from technical interruptions, downtime or third-party related issues.

bcaa4 will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:

• Platform interruptions or unavailability due to technical reasons beyond bcaa4's control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers.
• Loss of funds resulting from bets placed voluntarily by the player.
• Account security breaches due to the player's own negligence in safeguarding their password.

bcaa4's total liability to any player, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

All content on the bcaa4 platform, including designs, graphics, text, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software, is the exclusive property of bcaa4 or its content licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark and relevant intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the bcaa4 platform for personal use only. Any use of content for commercial purposes, reproduction, distribution or modification without written permission from bcaa4 is strictly prohibited.

8. Account Termination and Closure

By the player: You may close your bcaa4 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Before closure, ensure that all eligible real money balances (excluding bonuses) have been withdrawn.

By bcaa4: bcaa4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform. In such cases, bcaa4 reserves the right to retain any bonus balances and winnings obtained through means that violate the rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remaining provisions of these Terms continue in full force and effect.
